Culture 2 | American Hip Hop Trio Migos Announce The Release Date Of Their Most Anticipated Album

Migos’ highly anticipated “Culture 2” album is just weeks away

In July 2017, a rumor was released that Culture 2 was on a hard drive that was lost by Quavo. Migos confirmed that a single from the album will be dropping soon and was previewed on Rap-Up through the twitter handle @__newhiphop.

On November 21, 2017, New York Times story on the group, it was revealed that the updated release date for the album was January 2018; earlier reports suggested an October release. Quavo announced on January 8 that the album was currently undergoing mixing.

Yesterday, Migos announced the release date of January 26 on their official social media accounts. Anticipation regarding the upcoming album was built due to the Atlanta rap group’s use of social media. Along with its presumed artwork, Quavo shared the release date of “1/26/18” as his caption on Instagram. The artwork shows the roman numeral “II” spelled out in white roses, while two white doves flying around them.
