Naiboi and DJ Creme De La Creme Team Up for Dope New Jam ‘I Wanna Be’.

If you talk of Kenyan Music in 2017, I will talk of Naiboi. The Hitmaker has had a commendable 2017, ruling the airwaves with tracks such as Problem, Too Much featuring Fuse ODG, Smooth Criminal, and ‘4Mulla. On the production side, Dj Creme De La Creme is doing wonders.

He comes through with yet another commendable effort dubbed ‘I Wanna Be featuring top disc jockey Creme de la Creme who is behind the production alongside Illogos Music.

Speaking in an interview with Adelle Onyango and Shaffie Weru on Kiss 100, Creme had this to say.

I really didn’t know it would get to this point. I think am blessed to work with such creative people. I never used to feel Naiboi when he was called rapdamu, and he knows it. You see when he was rapdamu he was that guy on phone calling me everyday . I would tell him his music haiwezi. He just changed his old brand and actually I really appreciate, so I called him up and said I think the time is now.

Naiboi’s comment on the song was;

let me just say this song was inspired by my wife, we have been together for seven years, we’ve been through so much, and my number one fan my son.

this is the first time I am hearing Naiboi being a softie. But how I can describe that song is international vibes. For me thats what I’m pushing vibes as a dj vibes as a producer. Added Dj Creme.
